Firas
Story Painting Group Ltd is registered as a certificated installers of fire protection in accordance with the requirements of the FIRAS Schemes. Each FIRAS Certificated company is required to continue to demonstrate compliance with industry standards, material/product manufacturer installation instructions in order to assure clients that the fire protection installed by them is correct to specification and will afford the required fire protection.

The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)
Assessing suppliers health and safety competence is usually a lengthy and time consuming process. Suppliers can sometimes meet one buyer’s Health and Safety standards but not another. Being CHAS approved reduces duplication as suppliers compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers.
Dulux Trade Contract Partnership
Dulux Trade Contract Partnership is a ground breaking accreditation scheme. It was set up to proactively embrace the Egan principles of partnering and to help drive quality standards in the painting and decorating industry. It is the first scheme of its kind to formally recommend and approve non-domestic painting contractors. It aims to bring professionals together with the shared interest of raising quality standards into a 3-way partnership.

December 2010 - Story Painting Group Ltd are now awarded the Gold Award from Cumbria Business Environment Network - their hightest standard.
July 2010 - Story Painting Group Ltd are awarded the Cumbria Buinsess Environment Network, Silver Award for managing and reducing the environmental impact caused by the company's operations.
