This is the largest residential scheme ever undertaken in Manchester City Centre. Situated on the banks of the River Irwell in the heart of the city, the Leftbank building consists of over 390 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses in 55 different designs.
Story Painting Group have used modern materials with traditional techniques in this residential painting project to achieve a high standard of finish. We had a large team of decorators varying between 5 – 40 men at any one time to suit the client's program requirements, in total using more than 24,390 Litres of paint.
Specialist Work
Story Painting Group used high quality emulsion to paint all apartments and communal areas, colour coding the different levels; we applied epoxy floor paints to the store area and floors and masonry paint to high build ceilings.
